- Product Release Management
- Oversee logistics for product releases, including process management, deployment planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage key performance indicators and analytics to inform decision-making, proactively identify areas for improvement, and ensure release strategies are optimized based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct regular program review meetings to assess progress, address obstacles, and maintain alignment across teams.
