- Lead technical program management for AI sales user experience initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, data science to deliver programs on time
- Define metrics, drive execution, manage scope and risks, and maintain program health
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of program management experience in software/AI or related fields
- Technical background in software, AI, cloud, or data science with ability to translate business needs into requirements
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML products and customer-facing programs
