Job title: Technical-Product Training Specialist
About the Role This role develops, implements, and delivers technical-product training to the organization or customers, potentially including eLearning. You will work with product teams and training stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective courseware aligned with product releases and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and deliver technical/product training to internal and external clients, including eLearning when appropriate.
- Create training program materials (manuals, handouts, tests) and design exercises to apply knowledge.
- Develop and analyze course evaluations to measure effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with product development to update materials and create curriculum roadmaps.
- Ensure employees meet training requirements for compliance; monitor personnel records.
- Participate in meetings, seminars to gather useful information; integrate into training programs.
- In plant environments, administer programs to train installation, operation, safety, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training development or management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Certification; Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint; Knowledge of Power BI or Learning Management System; Statistics background helpful.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 106,700 - 163,600 yearly plus any applicable bonus. Actual salaries vary based on skill, experience and qualifications.
