Job Description & Summary

Join PwC’s Advanced Technology Solutions team as a Technical Product Owner (m/f) and help drive delivery across cloud, AI, security, and platform transformation initiatives for leading international clients. This role is ideal for Product Owners who are comfortable working in technical environments, shaping scope with business and engineering stakeholders, and helping turn complex requirements into clear delivery direction.

We are currently hiring into two project tracks within this role setup — one focused on GCP / cloud transformation, and the other centered on agentic AI. Because of that, we are looking for Product Owners who are confident operating in technology-driven projects and bring relevant exposure to at least one of these environments.

We use AI across software development, data engineering, cloud, automation, and analytics, with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and our own ChatPwC. We expect candidates to actively use AI tools to boost productivity, improve problem-solving, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions responsibly.

The Role:

This role sits between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts, with a strong focus on helping shape, structure, and drive technical initiatives from early planning through implementation and rollout. Depending on the project, the Product Owner may work more closely with cloud/platform topics or with emerging AI-driven solutions, but in both cases the role requires someone who can connect business goals with practical delivery execution.

Some projects are more clearly GCP / cloud transformation focused, while others are more centered on agentic AI use cases and modern AI-enabled solution delivery. The right person does not need to be deeply hands-on technically, but should be comfortable understanding the environment, working with technical teams, and helping guide decisions, priorities, and stakeholder alignment.

What you will do:

• Work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts to define scope, priorities, and product direction
• Translate business needs into structured backlog items, user stories, requirements, and delivery plans
• Help drive execution across technical initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, rollout, and transition
• Coordinate across business and engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery goals
• Support roadmap planning, backlog refinement, solution clarification, and stakeholder communication
• Work in technical project environments involving either GCP / cloud transformation or agentic AI
• Help ensure that delivery stays aligned with business outcomes, project timelines, and technical realities
• Contribute to a structured, collaborative delivery model across multiple stakeholders and workstreamign thinking, architecture support, and operational improvement

What we are looking for:

• Experience working as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or in a closely related delivery role
• Strong ability to work between business and technical teams
• Experience shaping scope, priorities, and requirements in technical or digital delivery environments
• Confidence working with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and supporting delivery execution
• Comfort working in projects involving cloud platforms, AI-related initiatives, or other modern technology environments
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear, structured delivery artefacts
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience with GCP or broader cloud transformation projects
• Experience with AI, automation, or agentic AI-related initiatives
• Experience in agile delivery environments
• Exposure to platform, product, or transformation programs with multiple stakeholders
• Project management experience as a supporting strength
