Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager you will be a key member of the team that designs solutions to support Aledade’s Growth (marketing and sales) team in their mission to enroll and engage new Aledade clients. The Technical Product Manager works alongside business owners, data analysts, and developers to define project goals, scope solutions, execute and roll out solutions. They are the interface between strategic business owners and development and ensure that Aledade creates a high-quality product with the ability to scale.

In this role, you will lead product discovery, definition and execution for the platforms that drive Aledade's top-of-funnel marketing engine. You will work closely with our Growth partners and end users to uncover business needs, frame problems and opportunities, and turn them into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll connect business strategy to technical delivery so that Aledade's martech investments produce high-quality, scalable products and measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

• Strong product-oriented martech domain expertise, with a clear understanding of how marketing and sales platforms, data and processes work together to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Broad knowledge of the martech landscape (e.g. CDP, DAM, CMS, Marketing automation, etc.), including how unified data enables personalization and agentic marketing.
• Experience identifying and deploying high-impact AI and agentic marketing use cases that drive pipeline growth and operational efficiency.
• Experience working on or owning platforms in the marketing technology space (eg Hubspot, Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, etc).
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities and constraints, including its standard objects, data model and processes.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution and consent and preference management. Working knowledge of SQL.
• Track record of delivering practical martech solutions that improve marketing and sales effectiveness, from process and data improvements to new platform capabilities and integrations.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and with competing stakeholder needs, bringing structure to complex problems and driving alignment on the right solution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.

Physical Requirements: Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
