Technical Presales Specialist Cybersecurity Microsoft

Role Purpose: Entry-level technical role within the Cybersecurity team, focused on supporting the design of security solutions and developing expertise in technologies from key vendors. This person will work closely with the sales team and partners on less complex projects, while building technical knowledge and certifications in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in designing and configuring cybersecurity solutions (e.g., creating a Bill of Materials) that meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support security-related sales activities and increase partner engagement
• Occasionally deliver post-sales implementation support and trainings for cybersecurity products
• Communicate cybersecurity product and solution information clearly to internal and external audiences
• Respond to technical inquiries from colleagues, vendors, and partners regarding cybersecurity offerings
• Build and maintain technical contact with assigned cybersecurity vendors
• Work toward certifications and develop technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions
• Respond to support issues and follow up on internal technical requests

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with cybersecurity Microsoft solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills – Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, with good organizational and priority management skills

• General knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity industry (channel, vendors, competition, and end customers) is a plus but not required

• Previous exposure to security technologies or certifications is a plus, but not mandatory.
