We are recruiting to fill the position below:

  • Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • Support laboratory service delivery activities at facility level.

  • Provide routine supportive supervision to facility laboratory staff.

  • Support implementation of laboratory SOPs and quality control measures.

  • Assist in tracking laboratory testing data and commodity needs.

  • Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.

  • Support capacity-building activities for laboratory personnel.

  • Minimum Recruitment Standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

  • A first Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in laboratory services, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory testing protocols.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
