Technical Officer - Integrated Service Delivery
Job Description
What you will do in this role:
- Support the implementation of integrated HIV, TB, Malaria, and MNCH service delivery at state and facility levels.
- Provide routine supportive supervision to facility and community service delivery teams.
- Support the use of SOPs and quality improvement tools at the point of service delivery.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Assist in tracking service delivery data at the facility level.
- Support capacity-building activities for facility-level health workers.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A First Degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a health-related field is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in health program implementation, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of integrated service delivery approaches.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
