Job title: Technical Marketing Specialist

About the Role The Technical Marketing Specialist is part of Bosch's New Product Development Team and will closely collaborate with the Group Product Category Manager. The role focuses on end-user testing, stakeholder support, and cross-functional coordination to drive product development and launches within the assigned category.

What You'll Do

• End User and Product Testing: Coordinate and facilitate end-user testing sessions and field visits; collaborate to create and execute test plans; compile feedback for product refinement.
• Customer Service and Dealer Support: Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries; address and resolve concerns; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Communication and Resource Coordination: Liaise with internal teams; assist drafting and editing customer-facing communications; ensure resources for technical marketing activities.
• Demonstration and Sales Support: Conduct product demonstrations for events, potential customers, dealers, and end users; provide pre-sales support; develop demonstrations and training materials.
• Set-up and Documentation Management: Organize project/product documentation with version control; assist in developing data sheets, pricing, profitability calculations, sell sheets, and launch guides; maintain project reports and status updates.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree — Engineering, Business, or Sales preferred.
• Proven effective communication with internal/external teams, outside resources, and end users.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and accessories.
• Basic knowledge of product management including product lifecycle management, packaging, retail financial, and sales skills.
• Spanish preferred but not required.
• Highly proficient with planning software (Excel and PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• Additional familiarity with end-user testing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Power tools knowledge or experience in tool industry.
