Job Overview Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and coordinate all technical activities for our projects in Dubai, UAE.

This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. You will be responsible for reviewing technical submissions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all technical deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.

Candidates currently based in the UAE are strongly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all technical activities on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor design coordination and ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and construction schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Proven experience in a technical management role on high-rise building projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.

• Excellent leadership, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
