Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to oversee and direct all technical aspects of our construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing technical teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical operations and project execution.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for technical aspects of projects.
- Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager or in a similar senior technical role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant technical tools.
- Experience in the UAE construction market is a plus.
