About the job
We're looking for a Technical Leader specialized in Microsoft Analytics & BI to lead data analytics, business intelligence and analytics platform modernization initiatives. They will coordinate technical teams, define data architectures and ensure BI solutions are implemented in line with business goals. They will act as the technical reference, take part in strategic decisions, champion good development practices and work with multidisciplinary teams in international settings.
Responsibilities: Lead Analytics, BI and Data Engineering teams. Design Microsoft-based data architectures. Oversee BI solution development and implementation. Lead migration, optimization and modernization of analytics platforms. Turn business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders. Define data quality, governance and security standards. Run technical reviews and mentoring. Manage technical risks and support project planning. Present progress, metrics and results to executive and business teams.
Must-have: Experience leading Data, Analytics or BI teams. Solid experience in the Microsoft Analytics ecosystem: Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, SQL Server and T-SQL. Data modeling and data warehouse design. ETL/ELT processes. Data governance and quality. Agile methodologies. English B2–C1.
Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric. Azure Databricks. Data Lake and modern data architectures. Microsoft Data & Analytics certifications. Leading regional or global projects.
Competencies: Technical leadership, Communication, Decision-making, Strategic thinking, Results orientation, Working with technical and business stakeholders, Mentoring.
