About the Role Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting team to work on Guidewire implementation projects for our customers across the globe. You will work as a technical leader across various streams and interface with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor project deliverables, mentor the project team, and travel to customer locations as needed. What You'll Do
- Act as technical leader across Guidewire implementation streams.
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives as needed.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team; ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor project resources; train and develop team; foster quality culture.
- Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Build a quality culture; manage performance of direct reports as per organization policies; participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations on need basis. What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience.
- Experience with Guidewire implementation projects; ability to lead technical streams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills; willingness to travel. Compensation & Benefits
