What You'll Do

Lead and mentor top-tier engineers to deliver robust, high-speed trading infrastructure

Drive technology strategy and execution across multiple teams

Collaborate closely with business and trading teams to turn ideas into production-ready systems
What Were Looking For:
- 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ in a technical leadership role
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects end-to-end
- Strong background in Rust (or C++/Java) for building low-latency, high-performance systems
- Deep understanding of systems architecture, performance optimization, and agile development
- Experience in trading systems, low-latency, or HFT environments is highly preferred
