About the Role Atos seeks a Technical Lead to lead industrial digitalization projects focusing on Industrial IoT, sensors, automation, energy efficiency, decarbonization and industrial safety. The ideal candidate combines a technical background in industrial environments with proven experience in managing complex projects, cross-functional leadership, and coordinating diverse stakeholders in matrixed organizations. What You'll Do
- Lead and drive industrial digitalization initiatives focusing on Industrial IoT, sensor data integration, automation, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and industrial security.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multidimensional/matrixed organizations.
- Ensure technical excellence, governance, and timely delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. What We're Looking For
- Strong technical foundation in industrial environments (industrial IoT, sensors, automation, cybersecurity, and related domains).
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination across multiple teams and functions.
- Ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations and drive results in a dynamic environment.
