About the Role Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting team to work on Guidewire implementation projects for customers across the globe. The role focuses on leading technical streams, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects and act as the technical lead on assignments.
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and client representatives; plan and monitor deliverables from the team.
- Mentor project team members, build a quality culture, and contribute to training and mentoring of resources.
- Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Willing to travel to customer locations as needed. What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA.
- Experience in Guidewire implementations and technical leadership in consulting environments.
- Ability to coordinate with onsite teams, manage deliverables, and mentor resources.
