About the Role As a Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting team, you will lead Guidewire implementation projects for clients worldwide, guiding technical delivery and mentoring teams. What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute across multiple technical streams in Guidewire implementation projects.
- Interface with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor deliverables, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Mentor project teams and foster a quality culture; communicate with customer representatives as needed.
- Travel to client locations as required. What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3-7 years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire; strong technical leadership and project delivery skills.
- Ability to work as a team leader, manage cross-functional streams, and interact with onsite/offshore teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations on an as-needed basis. Nice to Have
- Prior Guidewire implementation program experience; mentoring and people management.
