About the Role EY is seeking a Technical Lead to lead technical streams in Guidewire implementations for a globally distributed client base. You will work within the Technology Consulting team to drive successful delivery and mentor project resources, while coordinating with onsite teams and client stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical lead on Guidewire implementation projects
- Interface with onsite coordinators and plan and monitor project deliverables
- Mentor and train project resources; build a quality culture
- Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators
- Interface with customer representatives as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer locations on an as-needed basis
- Demonstrate strong leadership, foster teamwork, and contribute to organization-wide people initiatives What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3-7 years of industry experience
- Experience working on Guidewire implementation projects, with demonstrated technical leadership
- Ability to lead technical streams and manage delivery across globally distributed teams
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
