About the Role Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting team to work on Guidewire implementation projects for customers globally. You will serve as a technical leader across multiple streams, coordinate with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor deliverables, mentor the project team, and interface with customers while traveling as needed. What You'll Do
- Act as a technical leader for Guidewire implementation projects across multiple client engagements.
- Interface with onsite coordinators and clients, and plan / monitor project deliverables from the team.
- Mentor project resources, drive delivery quality, and provide regular status updates to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Travel to customer locations as required and participate in client-facing activities. What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with Guidewire and ability to lead technical streams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills; ability to interface with customers and onsite teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. Compensation & Benefits
