About the Role Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting team to work on Guidewire implementation projects for customers worldwide. You will serve as a technical leader across multiple streams, interfacing with onsite coordinators and guiding project delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a hands-on and strategic technical leader.
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators; align with client teams.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team; provide regular status updates to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Mentor the project team in executing identified projects; promote best practices.
- Interface with customer representatives as needed; travel to customer locations on a need basis.
- Build a quality culture; contribute to performance management, teamwork, training, mentoring, and organization-wide initiatives. What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience.
- Experience in Guidewire implementation projects.
- Strong technical leadership, team management, and client communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Ability to lead multiple streams and coordinate with onsite coordinators. Compensation & Benefits
