About the Role Technical Lead in EY's Technology Consulting team to work on various Guidewire implementation projects for EY clients across the globe. You will lead technical streams, guide delivery, and ensure successful project outcomes. What You'll Do
- Serve as a technical team leader for Guidewire implementation projects, contributing across multiple technical streams.
- Interface with onsite coordinators and communicate project status.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team; mentor project resources.
- Provide regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
- Interface with customer representatives as needed; travel to customer locations on need basis.
- Build a quality culture, manage performance for direct reports, foster teamwork, and train/mentor project resources; participate in organization-wide people initiatives. What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3-7 years of industry experience.
- Experience as a technical leader in software projects; familiarity with Guidewire preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to interface with onsite and client teams. Compensation & Benefits
