About the Role
Seeking a Technical Lead/Engineer for Google Workspace deployment to partner with customers in technical consulting, lead deployment and configuration of Google Workspace, and drive security and data migration initiatives. What You'll Do

Deploy and configure Google Workspace across customer environments (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors, Sites, Mobile access, Chat, Meet).

Conduct workshops to configure core Google Workspace products and showcase Google Admin console roles and advisement.

Provide security recommendations for administrative settings in Google Admin console.

Migrate data from sources such as OneDrive, Exchange, Box etc. to Google Workspace using tools like Google Workspace Migrate.

Design and implement technical architecture to support administration, security, and collaboration (primary/secondary domain structure design; identity management architecture; user provisioning strategy and automation; mail routing; security and administration; networking; Chrome & endpoint management; mobile).

Collaborate on technical architecture decisions to support administration, security, and collaboration.

Promote positive customer satisfaction and develop new initiatives/frameworks to improve it.

Oversee and implement Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) through automation and self-driven initiatives. What We're Looking For

Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role (must).

Experience in deployment and configuration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors, Sites, Mobile access, Chat, Meet) (must).

Experience in data migration from various sources such as OneDrive, Exchange, Box etc. to Google Workspace using tools such as Google Workspace Migrate (must).

Hands-on experience in technical architecture to support administration, security, and collaboration (must).
