We are partnering with our client to hire a Technical Inside Sales Consultant!

Growing company in the building products / fabrication industry is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Consultant to support customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person interaction. This role involves preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with production, and supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2-3 + years of experience in a sales or customer support environment preferred

• A four-year degree may be considered in lieu of experience

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction materials, or related environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes using CRM tools

• Assist customers with scheduling, order changes, and post-order support

• Coordinate with production and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

• Verify pricing and incoming material quality

• Promote additional products and services when appropriate

• Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, or billing

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Compensation

• $23-$30/hour depending on experience
