Technical Facility Manager

The Real Estate Department is a shared function responsible for the operation and maintenance of two facilities comprising laboratories, cleanrooms, production areas, warehouses, offices, and a restaurant. These environments place high demands on operational reliability, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects

• Follow up and manage service agreements with operations and maintenance contractors

• Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements

• Procure and manage consultants and contractors

• Manage project budgets and schedules

• Coordinate internal and external technical resources

• Contribute to the development of the properties’ technical standards and long-term maintenance strategies

• Provide technical support to the Head of Real Estate

• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements

• Participate in audits

• Lead and contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and projects

• Your Profile

• Relevant technical education or equivalent experience

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Experience managing property or industrial projects

• Experience coordinating and managing contractors

• Experience with technical building installations

• Strong understanding of, and experience with, HVAC systems

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Experience working with cleanroom environments and medical device operations

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation

• Experience with energy optimization and energy efficiency projects
