About the Role
Join a team of engineers at AB Volvo in Oostakker who translate customer truck specifications into technically feasible, non-standard concepts. You will technically develop and document these concepts, and advise other departments on adapting standard vehicles to customer needs, taking final responsibility for your concepts. What You'll Do

Technical elaboration and documentation of non-standard concepts.

Design and provide advice on technical product solutions to other departments to tailor standard vehicles to customer demands.

Independently make decisions with end-to-end responsibility for these concepts. What We're Looking For

A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

Technical knowledge of trucks is a big advantage.

Experience is not mandatory, but a strong interest in automotive is.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to work independently and with precision.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages are a plus. Nice to Have
