What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and program delivery.
- Proven leadership of large-scale digital ecosystem initiatives.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern software architectures.
Nice to Have
- Experience in defense, federal programs, or mission-critical systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards.
