Full-time. Remote. Dedicated role.

We’re a coaching and personal development company with an active launch calendar and evergreen funnels running daily. We’re hiring a technical digital marketer to join our marketing team and take ownership of the build side -- funnels, automations, pages, and integrations.

This person reports to our Funnel Strategist and works closely with the marketing and exec teams. We are looking for candidates outside the United States.

No agencies.

REQUIRED TECH SKILLS

GoHighLevel: At least 3 years of hands-on experience. You can build funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, and triggers without help.

Ontraport: Full working knowledge of campaigns, automations, tags, forms, and order forms.

Claude (AI): A strong working understanding. You already use it in your day-to-day for copy, builds, QA, and problem-solving.

Deadline Funnel: Experience setting up evergreen deadlines and connecting them to GHL and Ontraport.

Zapier: You can build multi-step zaps, use filters and paths, and debug a failed zap.

ClickUp: You can manage tasks, timelines, and checklists, and keep a team on schedule.

REQUIRED DESIGN AND FUNNEL SKILLS

Graphic design: You can create page graphics, banners, mockups, slides, and social images. Tell us which tools you use (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or others).

Funnel design and layout: You know how to lay out an opt-in page, sales page, order form, and thank-you page so the page is easy to read and the next step is obvious.

Mobile responsiveness: Every page you build works on a phone. You check spacing, font sizes, images, buttons, and forms on mobile before anything goes live.

Offers: You understand how offers are built (core offer, bonuses, order bumps, upsells, downsells, pricing, and guarantees) and how each one is placed in the funnel.

Full funnel experience: You’ve built complete funnels from traffic and opt-in through to the sale, onboarding, and follow-up. You understand how each step affects the next one.

Online launches: A deep understanding of how launches run, from pre-launch and registration through live events, cart open, cart close, and follow-up.

Funnel types: Proven experience with evergreen, webinar, challenge, and high-ticket funnels.

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

Applications without examples will not be reviewed.

Challenge launches you’ve built or run, with links or screen recordings

Webinar launches you’ve built or run

Evergreen funnels you’ve built

High-ticket funnels you’ve built

Automations you’ve built (screenshots or a Loom walkthrough of the workflow)

Design samples -- funnel pages, graphics, or mockups you designed yourself

At least one funnel we can open on a phone so we can check the mobile version

A short note on your GHL experience: how many years, and what you’ve built in it

Best way to show us: A 3-5 minute Loom walking us through one full funnel, from opt-in to sale.

HOURS, AVAILABILITY, AND WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a full-time, dedicated role -- sometimes more during launches.

We run launches often, and launches regularly require weekend work. The evergreen funnels run every day, so problems can come up on any day of the week.

A few things to know upfront:

The pace is fast. We are actively scaling and building, and this role will be busy from day one.

The company is in a growth phase. When Level 5 is in monthly profit, every team member receives a share of that profit as a monthly bonus. We want to be straightforward: we are building toward that, and this role is part of getting there.

We value people who can think through problems themselves, bring ideas to meetings, and take initiative -- not just follow a task list.

You will be a key part of a small, committed team. Your work directly affects whether campaigns succeed.
