Responsibilities
- Point of Contact for Customers & Sales: You will support our customers by phone, email, remote diagnostics, or on-site with the operation of our laboratory measuring instruments—including in the areas of microwave technology, Raman spectroscopy, oxidation stability, flash point measurement, interpretation of measurement results, use of measurement software, commissioning, training, and much more. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues at both the Ostfildern location and in the sales department.
