About the Role
Join Formlabs Services to support our direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries by phone, email or chat. You will educate customers on Formlabs printers and collaborate with our global engineering team to resolve issues. This is a multilingual, customer-facing role designed to help our customers design, prototype, and manufacture faster using Formlabs technology. What You'll Do

Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries by phone, email, or chat.

Train direct customers and resellers using your technical expertise of Formlabs printers.

Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their customers.

Collaborate on solving technical issues with our global engineering team. What We're Looking For

Business-fluent in written and spoken French and English.

Quickly resolve technical issues; we provide the technical training you need.

Enjoy connecting with people and are a great listener.

Comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone.

Exceptional writing skills with proper spelling and grammar. Nice to Have

Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies.
