About the Company
Tia is revolutionizing women's healthcare by establishing a new, integrated model that views women holistically, rather than focusing on isolated conditions or life stages. The company seamlessly blends primary care, mental health services, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness offerings through both in-person clinics and a robust virtual platform.
This innovative approach aims to significantly improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and create a superior experience for both patients and providers. As a Series D, venture-backed company, Tia has already gained the trust of over 120,000 women across multiple markets. By leveraging a technology-enabled care model and collaborating with leading health systems, Tia is actively constructing one of the most comprehensive preventive care frameworks specifically designed for women.
Tia fosters a culture centered on continuous improvement in people, processes, and products. Excellence at Tia is defined not by perfection, but by the persistent pursuit of betterment through learning, reflection, experimentation, curiosity, grit, and a deep sense of care for colleagues and patients. The company actively seeks individuals who are driven by the process of building and iterating, who are eager to question the status quo, and who are passionate about creating a fundamentally superior healthcare experience for women.
