Contract
Our client, a global technology organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team remotely on an initial six-month contract. The successful candidate will support a ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) implementation, playing a key role in the Phase 1 rollout by collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to help drive the implementation through to successful completion.
Responsibilities

Facilitate business process and requirements workshops with key customer stakeholders.

Capture, assess and document Health & Safety requirements and business needs.

Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Manage the refinement and approval of user stories with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare for and support customer demonstrations throughout the implementation.

Provide business process expertise during sprint reviews, demos and delivery activities.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and review sessions.

Partner with ServiceNow, technical and customer teams to maintain alignment between business requirements and the delivered solution.

Support the delivery of the Phase 1 Health & Safety workstream, helping maintain progress through to successful completion.

Skillset
-
Proven experience delivering business process consulting within ServiceNow environments.

Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow Health & Safety implementations.

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, processes and implementation methodologies.

Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Relevant professional Health & Safety accreditation.

Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.

Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and translating them into well-defined user stories.

Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.

Experience participating in sprint demonstrations, planning sessions, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
