About the Role Perform gap analysis, solution mapping and PLM system configurations (Expressions, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript). Perform pre-go live data load and data import to PLM system. Prepare documentation for system integration and work with customer to troubleshoot system integration issues between PLM system and customer systems such as ERP. Support day-to-day troubleshooting, UAT and system implementation for multiple projects. On the job training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
What You'll Do
- Perform gap analysis, solution mapping and PLM system configurations (Expressions, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Perform pre-go live data load and data import to PLM system.
- Prepare documentation for system integration and work with customer to troubleshoot system integration issues between PLM system and customer systems such as ERP.
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting, UAT and system implementation for multiple projects.
- On the job training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
What We're Looking For
- Academic background in computing related disciplines (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology) or Business Systems; System modelling skills (UML) and Project Management certification desirable (not compulsory).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences in English.
- Experience: 5+ years; Consulting background and customer-facing skills; Domain knowledge in Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, Retail, Manufacturing, Foot and Beverage, Beauty (added advantage).
- System Implementation and technology experience; Understanding the system implementation process; Experience in Agile deployment methodology desirable; Understanding of infrastructure and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) and familiar with SaaS model; Product life cycle (PLM) experience is an added advantage; Familiar with system modelling (UML); Use-case analysis, solution mapping and design.
- Technical skills: experience in XML and JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL); REST API (added advantage); Pseudo-code/regular expression; Technical aptitude and self-learning capabilities.
- Personality: Entrepreneurial mindset; self-motivated; independent but team-oriented; detail oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Project Management certification desirable.
- Experience with Agile deployment methodology.
- Familiarity with UML and system modelling.
- Experience with REST API.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms; SaaS familiarity.
