About the Role As Technical Consultant you will already have gained valuable experience implementing C8 across multiple clients. This role involves supporting the technical/functional team to achieve successful deployments and representing Centric professionally with clients, whether remote or on-site. What You'll Do
- Lead Customer sessions for Migration and Integration
- Explain architectural concepts based on C8 deployment options and best practices
- Understand and explain C8 best practices to lead to a successful deployment
- Work with the Functional stream to derive the best solution based on customer requirements
- Document implementation details for future support or client reference
- Prioritize tasks against the plan; manage conflict and escalation; understand customer SOW
- Provide estimations based on functional requirements
