The Team
As part of the Market Risk Technology team, you will contribute to the enhancement of our market and security risk platforms. You will help improve reporting and analytics capabilities and support the delivery of high‑availability applications that meet Global Risk Management and regulatory requirements.
The Role
The Technical Business Analyst acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
The primary objective of this role is to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications. The mandate involves supporting the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are designed, developed, and implemented to meet strategic business objectives and regulatory obligations.
This position is responsible for requirements elicitation, solution analysis, and process improvement to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

- Contribute to the analysis, design, delivery, and testing of solutions that meet evolving business needs within a fast-paced and highly regulated banking environment, including documentation of requirements and design decisions.
- Develop foundational design artifacts such as use cases, process models, and data flow diagrams to clearly articulate system functionality and end-to-end workflows.
- Work with a range of technologies to implement new capabilities or enhance existing systems, ensuring robust solution design and adherence to established technology standards, controls, and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions that align with strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables, driving work forward with initiative and sound judgment while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Apply strong attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of the broader system landscape to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.
