Technical Assistant Engineer

Job Summary
- The Technical Assistant Engineer will support business operations by providing on-site technical services at building and construction sites while generating qualified leads to support sales execution.
- The role requires strong field engagement, basic technical knowledge, and effective collaboration with the Field Sales team to drive timely business fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction and building sites within assigned locations to provide required technical support and services.
- Identify, generate, and document potential business leads during site visits.
- Handover qualified leads to Field Sales Agents for fulfilment and closure.
- Ensure all generated leads are valid, required by clients, and capable of being fulfilled within seventy-two (72) hours.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, leads generated, and activities carried out.
- Support the Field Sales Manager in executing field-related technical and operational tasks.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or any construction-related discipline.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, building materials, and site operations.
- Previous field, site, or technical support experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and engage clients professionally on-site.
- Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work extensively in the field.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and adaptability to changing work schedules.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
