About the Role A ServiceNow SPM Expert will drive requirement workshops, configure workflows, and enhance portfolio visibility for leadership to improve the SPM process and module. This role provides technical and functional expertise on the SPM domain and collaborates with Portfolio Managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements workshops to translate business goals into technical specifications and create user stories for ServiceNow SPM.
- Configure and customize SPM applications including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Strategic Planning, and Portfolio Planning; develop dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Build or customize workflows, configure portals, manage data, and implement required customizations to support processes.
