Accountable for effectively handling allocated portfolio or assigned tasks while ensuring that deliverables are met (quality, turn-around time, and other defined performance indicators). Performs and/or oversees processing work performed by peers for the clients/accounts and/or processes assigned, providing guidance on reinsurance accounting matters as well as authorization and/or escalation of financial transactions and/or payments as per authority matrix, as well as escalate issues to management and/or senior management as per business judgment. Handles internal/external client relationships as per assignments.
- New hires with little to no prior accounting experience
- Basic account booking and oversight
- Focus on learning and understanding portfolio
- eAdmin (in addition to the above):
- Basic error resolution
- Monitor and track automation rates

- Exception based handling of accounts with focus on data quality and driving value through active application of client segmentation
- Technical verification of accounts within the context of our validation framework and contract wording
- Account Processing per established guidelines/processes which may include escalations to Claims Operations
