About the Role The Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Data Centre Thermal Solutions serves as the primary technical interface between Johnson Controls and key Data Centre customers across the Pacific region, focusing on chilled water plants, precision cooling, and advanced thermal management solutions.
The TAM provides deep technical leadership across chiller systems, liquid cooling, and thermal plant architectures, while owning technical pricing strategy and bid development for complex opportunities to ensure solutions are technically robust and commercially competitive.
A core element of the role is supporting the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to drive commercial value for customers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical interface between Johnson Controls and key Data Centre customers across the Pacific region, with a specific focus on chilled water plants, precision cooling, and advanced thermal management solutions.
- Provide deep technical leadership across chiller systems, liquid cooling, and thermal plant architectures.
- Own technical pricing strategy and bid development for complex opportunities.
- Ensure solutions are technically robust and commercially competitive and aligned with customer value expectations.
- Support the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to drive commercial growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent interface with Data Centre customers, particularly across the Pacific region.
- Strong knowledge of chilled water plants, precision cooling, and advanced thermal management solutions.
- Ability to provide deep technical leadership across chiller systems, liquid cooling, and thermal plant architectures.
- Experience owning technical pricing strategy and bid development for complex opportunities.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to align solutions with customer value and business outcomes.
- Collaborative skills to support the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in driving commercial results.
