What You’ll Do As Technical Account Manager:

  • Guide security teams on platform configuration, integrations and tuning, and monitor adoption, usage and integration health.
  • Lead intelligence advisory engagements covering emerging threats, collection priorities, workflows and customer tradecraft.
  • Conduct technical and executive business reviews that demonstrate customer value, security outcomes and maturity progression.
  • Identify account and renewal risks early, and partner with account directors to strengthen retention and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Bring customer feedback to product, intelligence and data science teams to improve capabilities and services.
  • Mentor colleagues and improve advisory methods while managing competing priorities and meeting service KPIs.
  • Keep account records current, including customer outcomes, sentiment and action plans for at-risk accounts and high-impact issues.

What You’ll Bring As Technical Account Manager:

  • Korean proficiency: Professional proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Korean is required. Native fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in customer-facing cyber threat intelligence, security operations or cyber advisory roles within enterprise or vendor environments.
  • Intelligence expertise: Strong understanding of intelligence tradecraft, operational use cases and the threat landscape. Familiarity with the Intelligence Lifecycle, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Diamond Model and Cyber Kill Chain.
  • Technical fluency: Experience with intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, SIEM/TIP/SOAR integrations and SaaS architectures.
  • Customer success: Proven success in account health, retention and growth, using adoption and integration metrics to guide customer engagement.
  • Communication: Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and business value to security practitioners and executives.
  • Approach: Consultative, proactive and curious about adversaries, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across technical and business teams.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computer science, intelligence studies or a related field. Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCTI or GCIH.
