Job title: TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program
About the Role A 12-month early-career program (TechBee) at HCLTech New Zealand designed for individuals who have recently completed high school and are seeking full-time engineering opportunities. The program provides hands-on training to develop technical skills and give you exposure across core engineering domains at HCLTech offices in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington.
What You'll Do
- Complete a 12-month training program for entry-level engineering roles as part of TechBee.
- Participate in hands-on projects and rotations to build technical capabilities and professional experience.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers to deliver value on real-world technology initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- High school graduates seeking full-time opportunities after completing school.
- Interest in technology and engineering and a passion to learn and grow.
- Willingness to commit to a structured training program and develop new skills.
