We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong full-stack engineering expertise to join a growing Voice AI platform team. This role involves approximately 60% hands-on engineering and 40% technical leadership, leading a small team of 3-4 engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the engineering and architecture of a Voice AI platform including voice-bot infrastructure, telephony integrations, call analytics, and client-facing dashboards.
- Make architectural decisions and build production systems end-to-end.
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team while remaining hands-on with coding.
- Scale the platform for enterprise adoption globally, building on strong commercial traction.
- This is an opportunity to work on backend services, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, frontend development, and data pipelines in a commercially successful SaaS environment.
