Job title: Tech Lead - Full-Stack

About the Role Tech Lead - Full-Stack responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. You will lead development of React front-ends, implement secure REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot, and collaborate with DevOps and data teams to enable end-to-end solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop user interfaces in React following UX/UI standards.
• Implement secure REST APIs in Java with Spring Boot.
• Integrate APIs with front-end, databases and Kafka services.
• Develop batch processing with Spring Batch for scheduled or mass operations.
• Contribute to application security (authentication, authorization, encryption, roles management).
• Integrate and operate Apache Kafka for event-driven communication between services.
• Contribute to automated tests and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker).
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team for deployment, monitoring and environment management.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building front-end with React and back-end with Java/Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, role management).
• Experience integrating APIs with front-end, databases and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Spring Batch for batch processing.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Docker.
• Proactive in code reviews, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
