About this role
NeoXam is seeking a Tech Lead / Développeur Senior C# .NET in Paris to join the development team of the Tracker product, a front/middle-office software suite for portfolio management companies. You will be part of a roughly fifteen-person team focusing on maintaining operational readiness of the C# tool, addressing client needs, and contributing to new developments and architectural improvements as Tracker continues to grow. The role combines hands-on development with collaboration across Product Owners, a Business Analyst, QA, and fellow developers, in a technical environment including C#, VB, .NET, WCF, WinForms, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate the Tracker tool in collaboration with Product Owners, a Business Analyst, QA, and other developers.
- Contribute to new developments to address client requirements and support ongoing growth.
- Participate in architectural enhancements and improvements to the Tracker solution.
- Work within an environment that leverages C#, VB, .NET, WCF, WinForms, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Adapt to evolving project needs and technologies as part of a transforming product portfolio.
Requirements
- A master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in developing complex software packages in C# / .NET.
- Experience in the financial domain is appreciated.
- Strong technical skills with a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies.
- Knowledge of WinForms, DevExpress, and VB is a plus.
- Analytical and synthesizing capabilities with the ability to diagnose issues.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, organize work, and manage time in a team-oriented environment.
- Hybrid work arrangement in Paris.
