About the Role Telefónica Tech is seeking a Tech_Jefe Turno Mantenimiento to represent Telefónica Tech on site in field operations. The role focuses on maintaining sites and CORE, managing the maintenance Gantt, and ensuring preventive, predictive and corrective tasks are performed per SLA and client HSEC policies. What You'll Do
- Represent Telefónica Tech on site and manage maintenance plans for sites and CORE, tracking the maintenance Gantt for preventive, predictive, and corrective activities according to SLA and client HSEC (SSO) requirements.
- Evaluate mobile network KPIs to identify opportunities to improve performance and optimize network quality.
- Perform performance analyses focusing on RCSP, latency, and throughput to achieve optimal signal quality.
- Produce quality reports reflecting KPI results before and after optimizations.
- Implement strategies to optimize mobile networks, ensuring improvements in quality and stability.
- Evaluate network design to validate calculations, profiles, and report deviations or improvements.
- Perform performance analyses to optimize link gain indicators and reflect evidence before/after optimization.
- Generate reports showing evidence of links pre- and post-optimization.
- Optimize transport MW networks to improve link gain indicators. What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in mobile network optimization and design (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- University-level or technical degree in Telecommunications.
- Technical knowledge: OSS systems from Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson; Microwave and Fiber Optic networks; Electromagnetic wave propagation theory; transport network planning and design; IP networks; Link design (Layer 1-3) and MMOO link calculations; KPI management for link performance; design tools (MapInfo, QGIS, Atoll, SQL, databases); tool experience with Patloss, Lqlink or similar; MMOO and Transport equipment software (Huawei, Minilink Craft Ericsson), SIAE managers, Ceragon, ZTE, Nokia.
