About the Role Als Teamleiter:in Software Testing übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Testteams und treiben den Ausbau moderner, professioneller Testmethoden aktiv voran. Sie gestalten nachhaltig die Qualität unserer Softwareprodukte und unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung in der Auslastungsplanung. What You'll Do
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Software-Testteams
- Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung einer modernen Teststrategie (z. B. Testautomatisierung)
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Testprozessen, -methoden und -werkzeugen
- Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards über den gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus hinweg
- Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters in der Auslastungsplanung
- Initiierung der Personalbeschaffung sowie Teilnahme am Rekrutierungsprozess
