Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- Als Teamleitung übernimmst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines dezentralen Teams von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Review/Zertifizierung und förderst die kompetenzbasierte Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in der Organisation.
- Du steuerst den Bereich strategisch sowie operativ u.a. anhand von KPI und stellst damit effiziente, qualitativ hochwertige und termingerechte Review- und Zertifizierungsprozesse sicher.
- Zudem stellst Du die Einhaltung von Anforderungen an Unparteilichkeit, Kompetenz, Dokumentation und Zertifizierungsentscheidungen sicher.
