Für unseren neuen Standort in Frankfurt/Oder suchen wir mehrere Teamleiter Outbound (m/w/d), die die operative Führung im Warenausgang übernehmen und eine effiziente Auftragsabwicklung gewährleisten.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Operative Führung von Teams im Warenausgang
- Priorisierung von Aufgaben sowie Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes
- Überwachung relevanter KPIs und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
- Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Prozessvorgaben
