You will lead a team, drive operational production and processes, and contribute to digital transformation in the health sector, with focus on quality and efficiency. What You'll Do
- Lead, organize, and supervise a team, including ongoing development.
- Oversee and optimize all production and workflow processes in close collaboration with the department head.
- Ensure smooth operations to prevent disruptions and outages.
- Ensure compliance with quality targets, considering qualitative and quantitative customer requirements.
- Define, align, and track team and individual goals and derive appropriate actions.
- Create analyses, KPIs, and regular management reports.
- Monitor and ensure on-time processing and adherence to defined targets.
- Contribute to quality improvements and process optimization, including cross-functional initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new customer projects, services and business processes.
- Plan and manage staffing, providing transparent headcount planning.
- Active involvement in recruiting including selection and onboarding of new staff.
- Promote an open, motivating team culture and ensure clear internal and external communication.
- Implement company policies, quality, data protection, and information security measures.
