About the Role Als Teamleiter (all genders) Fläche bist du gemeinsam mit deinem bis zu 15-köpfigen Team für unseren Flächenbereich und dessen Organisation verantwortlich. Du verantwortest alle Flächenprozesse. Als Teil des Store Management Teams trägst du maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unseres Stores und dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung bei. What You'll Do
- Du führst ein bis zu 15-köpfiges Team im Flächenbereich, sicherst eine optimale Warenbewirtschaftung der Fläche und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur KPI-Verbesserung.
- Du behandelst Kunden aus Sicht des Store-Besuchs und schaffst mit deinem Team die ideale Shopping-Atmosphäre.
- Du übernimmst 360° Personalthemen – von der Einstellung, kennzahlenbasierter Einsatzplanung bis hin zur Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender.
