Als Warehouse Teamlead ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons logistieke proces én in het team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie goed loopt, maar je doet dat niet door alleen te delegeren. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, weet wat er speelt en helpt waar nodig mee om het werk gedaan te krijgen.
Je brengt structuur, rust en energie. Je luistert naar je collega’s, neemt eerlijke beslissingen en zorgt dat mensen zich gezien en gewaardeerd voelen. Tegelijkertijd houd je de kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid goed in de gaten. Samen met je team werk je aan een soepel warehouseproces en aan een team waar mensen graag onderdeel van zijn.
Je werkt in zowel de dag- als avonddienst.
